I am a designer, photographer and artist. I am interested in how we see the world. My practice is rooted in deconstruction and reconstruction, light, and ways of seeing. I use photography as a starting point in my work, to explore all that is around me. My established career as a Graphic Designer and Art Director in London Publishing Houses and the Music Industry, helps to inform my work and compositions, often using old design processes combined with the new, and drawing on life experiences. In my new studio, I am looking to explore my own practice further, to experiment with new mediums, take commissions and continue with Graphic Design and Art Direction work.

I love the sea and am at my happiest by it, and it’s where I think. I work in a shed, mostly, not by the sea. The Sea Shed Studio is where I gather and explore creative ideas, it’s no one place.

I studied for my MA in Communication Design (distinction) at Kingston University after many years in industry.
